Laura Robinson’s passion for art is intertwined with her love for nature and horses. Growing up in Southern California on a small ranch inspired her love for mountains, ocean, the western spirit, horses, and all critters. She spent her summer days surrounded by animals and sketching on any scrap paper she could find.

After high school in California, Laura studied graphic design in Minnesota. As a self taught painter, her artistic desire is to bring the feelings and emotion of nature and animals to life through paint. She works primarily in acrylics, because of their versatility. An award winning artist, she is an official artist for the Trail of Painted Ponies figurines.

A small hobby farm in Minnesota filled with family, horses, chickens, cats, dogs, and a rabbit named Marilyn Monroe is where she calls home.
